20/01/2024 – Motorized vehicles are vehicles that are driven by technical equipment for movement, and are used for land transportation. Motorized vehicles are divided into two, including two-wheeled motorized vehicles and four-wheeled motorized vehicles. The two-wheeled motorized vehicles in question are motorbikes, while the four-wheeled motorized vehicles in question include cars, trucks, minibuses, and so on.
The aim of checking the performance and condition of motorized vehicles in the Dumai Industrial Estate is to determine the performance and condition of motorized vehicles before they are used to drive in the area, ensure that motorized vehicles are in good condition and fit for driving & prevent accidents while driving in the Dumai Industrial Estate.
Check schedule Vehicle checks are carried out from Saturday, January 20 2024 to Wednesday, February 20 2024. Vehicle checks are carried out Monday-Friday at 08.00 – 11.30 WIB.
The provisions for checking the performance and condition of motorized vehicles in the Dumai Industrial Estate are :
1. Have registered with EHS Sentral as a candidate for a vehicle that will be inspected (for new users).
2. Bring a motorized vehicle during a vehicle inspection.
3. Bring original SIM + original STNK + SIMPER.
4. Bring a vehicle inspection report and arrange a SIMPER for new users.
5. Get RFID access from the HRGA team to open the lane according to the registered vehicle.
6. R2 vehicles for Bonded Zone Areas are only intended for Inventory vehicles. In addition to the Inventory Vehicle, a Non-Bonded Zone Sticker will be provided.
Checking the performance and condition of motorized vehicles will be carried out in 2 stages, namely, administrative and visual (physical) checks of the vehicle.
Details of administrative checks are :
1. Application for new vehicle registration for Wilmar Employees.
2. Application for old vehicle registration for Wilmar employees.
3. Submission of new vehicle registration for Tenant/Contractor.
4. Submission of old vehicle registration for Tenant/Contractor.
Meanwhile, the details of the visual (physical) check of the vehicle are :
1. Brakes.
2. Mirrors.
3. Lights.
4. Exhaust.
5. Classon.
6. Tires.
7. Police Number (Vehicle Plate).
