7.ENVIRONMENT FORECAST
This questionnaire has been designed to identify the important environmental issues related to
proposed industrial facilities. The questionnaire is a screening tool only. If additional space is
required to respond to the questions in this tabel, please add additional pages.
7.1 Raw materials
Describe process, delivery method, storage method (i.e open storage, shed container etc),
disposal method.
7.2 Hazardous Materials
Describe name, use, delivery method, storage method, disposal method relating to all hazardous
materials to be utilized by the proposed facility. Include fuels, oils, paints, coating
materials, solvents, degreasing agents, cleaning materials, acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents,
reducing agents, batteries, toxic compounds, refrigerants etc.
7.3 Fossil Fuels
Describe relating to processes using fossil fuels.
7.4 Air Emissions
Describe relating atmospheric emissions from point sources. Include all point sources such as
stacks, vents, extraction
hoods, ducts, etc… Emission components should include any emissions that may comprise combustion
gases, particulate emissions, volatile organic compounds, acid gasses, fumes, visible emissions
and odors.
7.5 Effluent Discharges
Describe relating to effluent discharges. Include all discharges of industrial wastewater,
liquid effluents and pretreatment methods, if any.
7.6 Waste
Describe relating to the production, storage and disposal of all solid, sludge and liquid
wastes.

Describe relating to sources of noise from the facility.
