Welcoming Christmas and New Year 2024, PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri Holds a Cheap Cooking Oil Market

PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri Pelintung, a subsidiary of the Permata Group, has launched a cheap 1 liter cooking oil market operation in Medang Kampai District, Dumai City. PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri welcomes Christmas and New Year 2024 celebrations with cheap market activities for the community.

This market operation was deliberately carried out by the company towards the end of the year as a measure to anticipate the increase in prices of food commodities, especially cooking oil, which is one of the basic ingredients.

Representing the management of PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri, Rizki Siregar explained that the operation of the cheap cooking oil market is a form of concern for the community, especially those who are the company’s neighbors, in meeting their daily needs.

“We are carrying out cheap market activities today in four sub-districts in Medang Kampai District. We hope that this cheap market activity can help the needs of the community and benefit the community around the company,” he said.

The cooking oil being sold cheaply to the public this time is the Parveen brand, where the product is produced by the Permata Group which oversees PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri.

“For the selling price, the price for cooking oil is priced at IDR 12,500 per liter, this price is quite cheap compared to the market price which can reach IDR 17,000 per liter,” he explained.

The activities held this time received great enthusiasm from the public. This can be seen from the large presence of residents at the cheap market location.

One housewife (IRT) Sari admitted that she was really helped by the cheap market this time.

“Of course, this cheap market really helps reduce the cost of daily kitchen needs because it can save money on shopping for groceries,” he said.

“We are very grateful for this cheap market activity, for mothers who are always worried about spending money on kitchens, it will certainly be very helpful. We hope that it can be carried out sustainably by the company so that residents will be helped,” he hoped.
