Deputy Business Unit Head, Muvy Nurwidi opened the Wilmar Group Security & PT Banusa Security Officer Training For Trainer Workshop activity which was held at the Bukit Quary Housing GOR, Pelintung on Monday (06/05). This activity was carried out from 05 to 10 May 2024 and was attended by 48 participants who were Wilmar Group Security from the Wilmar Unit Dumai-Pelintung, Riau Regional & North Sumatra Regional and would later be trained to become trainers in each unit.
It is hoped that this activity can create trainers in the unit, to train operational security personnel, so that they can increase the Competency of the Security Unit.
In his speech, Deputy Business Unit Head, Muvy Nurwidi expressed his appreciation to security and hoped that all the material obtained could be applied in daily activities. Security has a very important role in terms of security and comfort at work, especially in companies.
The materials obtained by the participants were Tupoksiran (Main Duties, Functions and Roles of Security Guards), Human Typology, TPTKP (First Action at the Crime Scene) and Report Making Techniques, Binsik (Physical Guidance), PBB (Marching Rules), Wilmar Martial Arts, CMI (How to Conveying Information), Security’s Role in Implementing EHS Policy & Security Guard Synergy.
“Alhamdulillah, the Wilmar Group & PT Banusa Security Officer Workshop Training For Trainer activities went well and smoothly, participants were enthusiastic about taking part in the training. “Hopefully what is being implemented can provide security members with the ability to carry out tasks in the field, can work together so that the company will be even more advanced,” said Imron Shomad Syafi’I as Wilmar Group Security Workshop Training Trainer & PT Banusa Security Officer.
