30/01/2024 – Wilmar Group Dumai – Pelintung Unit held the Wilmar Innovation Circle (WinCircle) Semester 2 2023 Convention in the Dumai Industrial Estate. The activity, which was located in the Illies Room, Central Office in the Dumai Industrial Estate, took the theme “WinCircle Defines us”.
The WinCircle Convention began with a speech by Rachmadsyah as Business Unit Head and was attended by 5 teams consisting of the ESTETICS team representing Electrical / Instrument – PT Sentana Adidaya Pratama, MERCURY representing Quality Control – PT Sentana Adidaya Pratama, ERTIGA REBORN representing Waste Water Treatment Plant – PT Kawasan Industri Dumai, BOILER STEAM GENERATION representative of PT Kawasan Industri Dumai & SANIA representative of Refinery & Fractionation – PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia. The jury for WinCircle Semester 2 2023 which was held at PT Kawasan Industri Dumai consisted of Rachmadsyah as Business Unit Head, Muvy Nurwidi Deputy as Deputy Business Unit Head, Mangoloi Sigalingging as Mill Manager, Veri Agustinus Tarigan as EHS Dept Head, Donatus Siregar as Organizational Development Assistant Manager Wilmar Head Office.
1st place was won by Team SANIA representing Refinery & Fractionation – PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia with the theme “Reducing RO Water usage in Cooling Tower Refinery 4 30-40%”, 2nd place was won by Team ESTETIKA representing Electrik / Instrument – PT Sentana Adidaya Pratama with the theme “High Frequency of Damage to Automatic Timer Panel Lighting Plant 2”, and 3rd place was won by the BOILER STEAM GENERATION Team, representatives of PT Kawasan Industri Dumai with the theme “Boiler Steam Generation: Reducing the Frequency of Outspectp H Final Trap in the October-December 2023 Period”.
Apart from that, the Best Yell Champion was won by the MERCURY Team representing Quality Control – PT Sentana Adidaya Pratama.
The hope is that no matter how small the innovation made, it will have an impact on sections, depts and units, even Wilmar globally.
